Substance Use Disorder Records (Part 2)
Some records related to substance use disorder treatment are protected under 42 CFR Part 2. These records may be used or disclosed for treatment, payment, and operations, but cannot be disclosed in civil, criminal, administrative, or legislative proceedings against you without written consent or court order. You may request that we not use Part 2 information for fundraising or other non-essential purposes.
